A New Hessmer Book
Arlene Flanders is launching another book that will likely thrill pet owners and pet lovers everywhere. She invites anyone who owns one or more pets - dogs, cats, birds, fish, iguanas, hedgehogs, turtles, snakes, frogs, sheep, horses, or any other type of pet -  to send in a photo of the pet to the address below.
   Submit a picture (no charge) by first calling Arlene at 318-563-8474 or mail it to her at 3090 Main St., Hessmer, La. 71341.  It would be even nicer if you include a person in the picture as well. You will get your photo back - just be sure to send your name, address and phone number.  We also need a little background information on your pet - such as name, breed, coloring, age, temperment, favorite food, favorite tricks if any, how you acquired it and anything else you feel is worth mentioning. The information you send  will appear under the picture. Call Arlene at the number above if you need more information.
   The deadline to have your pet's photo submitted is tentatively set for May, 2005
